START DESIGNING allows you to create a virtual mock-up of your branded gear by uploading your logos or designs. If you’re satisfied with your creative genius, you can enter in your quantities, checkout online, and we will take over the rest!

If at any point you’re not satisfied with your design or have questions, you can REQUEST A QUOTE so that we can work together to create your mockups. Simply browse our products, then read through our varied decoration options and then fill in the REQUEST A QUOTE page with your ideas and we’ll respond with mock-ups and pricing.

*There is no additional charge to have us put together your mock-ups and pricing.

Tips for Maximum Sales

For the epitome of sporty style with your team's branding, we highly advise stocking up on an array of sizes to accommodate all your athletes and fans. Transform your website into a sports gear paradise by showcasing our merchandise in a retail-inspired layout. Once your athletes can visualize and feel the quality of our garments, they'll be captivated!

When it comes to team jackets, rely on us. Our suggestion is to invest in sizers, empowering your team members to find their ideal fit. Simply inform us of your final quantities via email, and we'll handle the rest. While this process may require a bit more time, with two weeks for samples, two weeks for orders and sizing, and two to three weeks for production, the outcome will be well worth it

SIZING

Triumph Outfitters offers a wide variety of garments from multiple manufacturers, which means sizing is unique to each item. When you’re browsing an item, simply click on "Size Chart" to view the breakdown. We provide both garment measurements and a fit guide based on body measurements.

Garment measurements start with “Garment”, whereas body measurements start with “Your”. This simplifies the process of taking your team's uniform measurements and ordering according to our charts. Alternatively, all measurements are included in your quote, which you can download and share with your team members.

Features Unavailable Online

Certain features of our ordering process are not available through the online designer and must be submitted as a custom quote to take part in:

  • Combining youth and adult sizing in the same style to reach a minimum order or bulk discount.
  • The following decoration processes cannot be designed online: Screen print Metallic, Glitter, Neon, Gloss, Softhand, Retro, Nylon. Embroidery Metallic and Puff.
  • All vinyl options.
  • Appliques.
  • Personalisation.

Features Unavailable Online

  • Once an order is approved and paid, changes or additions cannot be made. If you receive your order and realize you’ve missed some pieces, making those will be custom quoted based on a less than minimum surcharge.
  • Inventory levels are subject to change at any time. If between the time we send the quote and approval of the order an item has gone out of stock we will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement.
  • Colours on the screen may not appear the same as in real life.
  • Pricing for products and decorations subject to change at any time. Re-orders will be priced at the quantity level for the new order, not based on the last order.
  • Unfortunately, styles and colours cannot be mixed/matched to meet a minimum.
  • All orders are made-to-order and custom printed, which means they cannot be returned for reuse. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within thirty-six hours.
  • All orders must be paid-in-full prior to production. This means the turnaround time begins once the order has been paid for.
